If ur phone's interface language is not Russian or Belarusian, the app doesn't work. I understand that the app was not developed specifically for the English language, but why is there an English version if online-board and list of available trains doesn't work, I can't even buy a ticket. Why you decided that users should change the settings of their phones specifically for ur application. I think it's easier to add the ability to change the application language settings. Less problems for users

While it is nice to be able to buy tickets online, there is a significant issue with language support. In English language (that can't be changed in settings, depends purely on phone's global settings ) , there is no way to search using Russian names like 'Молодечно' or English like 'Moscow'. Only transliteration from Belarusian is available. Transliteration is good for reading, but not for input.

It's not so difficult to make the English version available again as it was. I'm Belarusian, but I prefer using devices with English interface language in order not to forget it. Why should I change the language every time I want to check departure time or buy a ticket? It's better to make it available or you'll just lose users of your app. It's up to you.

Seems it works good, but there is no possibility to change the default language. Also, the search in English doesn't work properly (for example Vitebsk is not correct name, and Viciebsk should be used instead). Moreover, search in the app (the Belarusian app, by the way) doesn't work in Belarusian at all, why? You guys have a great i18n support on the site: with really working search on different languages and multiple currencies. Please, add this to the application, and I'll update the mark.

The search of trains didn't work: just endless spinner was shown and no results after approximately a minute of waiting. Such was my first time experience in the app. Hope you guys will fix it and won't let it happen again. BTW, the desktop app didn't work as well: everything stopped this time on choosing the wagon type - grey overlay over the page and nothing happened after, no any sign of error or something... I'm disappointed 😞

Doesn't work on the English interface. And it is impossible to switch the language to Belarusian or Russian. I don't want to change the whole interface of the phone to Russian, make it possible to switch the language in the application separately.

Выходил из дома, когда начал оплату. Интернет переключился с wifi на мобильный. Запрос на оплату сломался, и теперь при любой другой покупке показывает: "Order placing error Unable to add to cart because it's is no longer valid or does not exist". Поставлю 5 звёзд, если проблема разрешится. Leaving home I started paying. Internet had switched from wifi to mobile. Order query crashed. Now I can't make any other order, app shows error: (written before). I'll rate 5 stars if problem will be fixed.

It seems like the app owners don't care to make their app useful and convenient for the users. I want to switch it to Russian without switching my phone to this language, and it's simply impossible.
