App is ok... I like that you can change your plan by yourself, and can look up you usage. Would recommend people stay with 5G service as 4G for me resulted in missed calls. The only beef I have is that there was an error with my PC optimum number, so I don't get my points each month. I have to manually request them. I have always received them, but there is no way to correct this going forward. So each month I have to request... Big pain. Otherwise everything is good.

I've been with PC Mobile for one month. An excellent program. I choose the automatic top-up program and then my points go up each month as my GB goes back to full. Lots of monthly plans, providers, and phone choices.

latest update broke the app. Now I keep getting the error: "we are experiencing a technical issue and are unable to complete your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later" The app will no longer load, even after trying multiple times. Please fix this issue.

"PC Mobile Prepaid Sim Needed" Dude, I'm already using the prepaid sim and it's already in my sim card tray. If you don't resolve this, I will switch to another service provider and spread the substandardness of this app and service provider.

It's not working properly it seems. New rating for July 24, 2023 - it's still not working right! Also, hard to understand why I can't manage add ons for my plan...? Updating my previous review on April 30, 2025. This app works just as poorly as always. Very frequently I'm unable to make monthly payment for several hours as it constantly says "technical difficulties"unable to process or connect. I thought it would get better after I bought a new phone but it's still the same!

This app hasn't worked in months. As far as I can tell my phone settings are all as they should be. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing helps. I've called PC mobile Tech support and they told me that they have a problem at their end. That's all fine but get things moving and fix the problem. I've uninstalled this time for good. Done screwing around with their pathetic service.

I was charged $17 twice, on February 27 and again on March 3 for $23. My phone was also not receiving data after customer support helped switch my plan. Their solution was to recharge me the plan price ($24) again to reactivate my data. After arguing that I had paid for my plan three times and shouldn't have to pay a fourth time to activate the data, I waited for a supervisor, who reactivated my account at no cost. Not impressed!
