Overall touch/ tapping sense is nearly unresponsive, loading takes forever. I had a "welcome guide" link/notification on the home page for moving into my be place that has never gone away since, despite 100% completion. The half-baked community features on apps like these (including this one) are almost always neglected/empty and are made to placate renter communities' "possibilities" rather than develop a useful, responsive app that revolves around their main feature– the payment center.

Very glitchy and slow. Heaven forbid you have to type anything on the application; the keyboard covers up the area you are typing in. The app does not realign with the keyboard or have a scroll option. This app must not have been tested any for functionality and it shows

Recently moved into a apartment and they are using this app. I HAD to pay a $600 deposit $19.00 CONVENIENCE FEE. And then the next day when I had to pay the $816 rent to move In I was then charged a $26 CONVENIENCE FEE to pay that. GOUGING PEOPLE FOR MONEY TO PAY THEIR RENT AND BILLS WITH CONVENIENCE FEES! The apartments that are using this app know that app charges these fees and they're not telling their tenants.

It won't let me get rid of the app or delete my account, keeps giving an error message. I just hope I won't be charged continuously. it won't even. let me delete my account info!

I just have one current complaint. I have been using the app for about 2 years now. It came to my attention that in the payment option making OTHER payment option has been removed. This has become an inconvenience because I love to make partial payments to my rent everytime I get paid. Anyway this option can be added again.

Is there no way to access ActiveBuilding account through my desk top? When I was setting up via my desktop, it asked me access to photos &something else. I denied both and there was no way to go to next step. I installed this app on my phone & accessed ok. If and when there is breach in your system, there will be hell to pay. This thing wreaks with "non-secure, hackable"app and site.

This is a pretty terrible app. As so many others have stated, I can't even get past the login screen. If I put something in that is incorrect, it tells me so. If I put in the correct into, I end up in an endless loop back to the beginning. Pretty unacceptable for a phone app.

App is convenient paying rent. However, there's a service fee of ~$3.50 just to pay rent, and that's more than it costs to get a money order @ Safeway. The most frustrating thing is the maintenance request part of the app. I can't choose the maintenance category, so I'm unable to put in my maintenance request. Otherwise, I'd give a higher rating.
