Takes HOURS for step count from Google Fit to be reflected. Occasional server errors. Otherwise working fine.

1. Can't check availability of award flights if you don't have the required miles. This is necessary because you can transfer miles in from other programs but can't transfer back. 2. Crashes often. Especially when trying to access My Account. 3. When making a booking, doesn't remember username and password even though box is checked. No fingerprint option

Truly terrible app. It's so darn hard to even login, always telling me that my password incorrect and if u enter the password wrong multiple times u have to reset. the time I've managed to log on is cos I've created a new password and when login expires I have to start the whole process again. I've only ever managed to successfully log on via computer with out hassle. The app itself has a terrible interface.

Useless. Installed, cant log in because it keeps saying I need Chrome or Firefox. I use a Samsung phone with Chrome factory-installed. Keeps issuing the same message even after making Chrome the default app for web browsing. If the purpose of the app is to make use frustrating so that people do not claim their benefits in this way, you have succeeded. Congrats.

Terribly not user friendly. Trying to go back one page but always take you back to the page where you have to select currency and language. I must have done it 10 times on my last use of the app. Cant book flight directly on the app! Useless app. Usually app gets better on updates. This one gets worst.

1) Found a flaw for Android users, the wellness section takes couple of minutes to load only refreshing but no display although the APP loads with minor glitches for other functions 2) Google fit syn is not possible on some Android models 3) A suggestion: Walking steps A2 for 10,000 should be modified to A2=10,000 steps & A1=5000 steps to include all age groups especially senior citizens
