O mandato do PSiRA deriva da Lei 56 do Regulamento do Setor de Segurança Privada (PSiR) de 2001. O principal objetivo da Autoridade é regular o setor de segurança privada e exercer controle efetivo sobre a prática da ocupação do prestador de serviços de segurança no público e interesse nacional e no interesse da própria indústria de segurança privada.

Os Serviços Online do PSiRA foram projetados para os Provedores do Setor de Segurança Privada, permitindo que eles interajam com o PSiRA e permitindo que o setor agende sua reserva com o PSIRA.

O cidadão sul-africano (usuários) também pode usá-lo para verificar os provedores de segurança que trabalham em suas casas e \ ou locais de trabalho. Isso permite que os usuários garantam a nomeação de provedores de segurança registrados.

This was supposed to be a time, money and energy saver. instead its the opposite, app cant let me log-in with the "credentials" that they just sent me upon registering😒. To make matters worse it cant even allow me to pay for my renewal of psira "transaction declined by authorisation system" despite mutliple attempts😵... God forsaken app

The company is useless with answering phone calls. Every call rings for 3 minutes, 11 seconds, and then just cuts off. You can phone multiple times and have the same problem happen. Their customer support is absolutely pathetic. They do not care enough about their customer to sort this issue out as it's been happening for months! If I could rate lower, I would. I'm absolutely appalled by Psiras' commitment to just not caring enough!

I'm struggling to login with my correct credentials I don't understand why must I struggle usimy own cellphone and my own number but it says it doesn't recognize my credentials I'm so Pissed Off Shame with this stupid PSIRA App.

This is app has been problematic since it was launched about 10 years ago !!! I've been trying to get my grades updated and renewed online but no joy for months on end. They keep chasing me around to different training programs,business plans,tutorials, videos but Never what I really want. So now I must go in to their offices and make an appointment which means a loss of income for me 🤮😡🤬

Iv been trying to book since the beginning of the year the booking that I had this year was canceled due to going up a level and now I just can't get a booking again .when ever I look to book it's permanently full this is a terrible app that doesn't help and the website is just as usless ... how are we supposed to keep our certificates up-to-date when the people running the show doesn't know what they are doing? So I'm giving this a 1 star because it doesn't allow me to give it zero

I expect it to be more helpful than just verifying details. Queue is the stressful for every one. If the App can help with things like registration and updating of of certificate it will be more useful
