Doesn't letbyou watch live local channels or sports. The onky reason i even have the service. At home its a channel i am able to watch, but I'm not on the go. Stupid stupid stupid. It's time for a real cable company or just cut ties all together. Thebonky reason i keep the service is to watch local sports in the go. It says you can watch the channel and it's live. You click on the channel, and you have to record it only.

Aaaaaaaaand it's dead...took a mediocre app and made more difficult to use and less helpful. Can't see all of my recordings. Can't scroll through a specific channel to see what's coming up. Can't delete a single episode. Can't search for a movie and then schedule to record it. The list goes on.

No longer works. After asking me to log in, all I get is a black screen with endless buffering. Tried reinstalling, but that didn't help. This went from an extremely useful app to a broken mess that the developers have abandoned.

TLDR- Care Code 201. I spoke with a customer service representative and apparently a 201 error is an incorrect password. Updating my password fixes the 201 error, BUT if by happenstance I get logged out and have to log back in I have to change my password yet again to get past the 201 error. App is great when it works, but I would love to use it without having to change my password every time I log in.

Finally figured it out. If you go to guide and click off the Live button at the top it will show all of the channels with locals. I guess the live only shows the channels accessible on the app to watch on your phone if you click the program and hit watch live. Seems most of the locals aren't accessible to watch live. But it always shows the Live by default when you enter the app. You just have to click off it every time. Still a little dumb but I'll give 3 stars at least.

This app does not allow for remote recording like the old app did. It is useless. Now the only way to set to record is with the TV itself.

👎 AT&T you destroyed the app, WHY? There is no way to cancel a scheduled DVR recording. I can edit or cancel an entire series but not a single episode. Then if I want to delete 1 episode of something that recorded I can't do that either, it allows me to delete the entire series of recordings but nothing individually. Why ruin this app? Not everyone wants streaming and you take away the little functionality this app was good for. 🤷♂️ 👎👎👎👎

Opening in floating window mode, even when "keep open" is set on the app, the app minimizes, and stops play when switching between apps or the home page. Setting focus back to the app, the play is frozen, unwatchable, and the channel has to be searched out and selected again to resume play. Not recommended.
