Most recent update requires acceptance of 'updated privacy statement' before the app opens. If you actually bother to READ said statement, it's dated from November of 2022. Nothing new about that, and no privacy at all, of course . ?? Still horrible brightness control, it's either full on or full off. Replay expansion of the timelines for finite searching is difficult.

This was a great app. Crystal clear video and excellent searching and play back. I used my system as a selling point for others. Now after this recent update its a brick. Video now changes quality on its own if it stays connected and constantly tells me not comparable with new version of android. I want to revert to the old version which was 100 times better.

This app worked great on my old Samsung Galaxy S9. I had to get a new phone and got the S22. Then this app updated. I'm constantly receiving notifications this app is crashing and one day my device just stopped connecting. My cameras are all black screens. I still have my S9 and I booted it up and my feed comes through just fine. I think it's the app update that did this in. I want to be able to check my cameras when I'm not home and now that's not possible. Please fix!!

The old version used to actually notify you when your camera alerts were triggered. Now they only work if you have the camera app open. This makes the biggest feature of your system worthless. I now have to count on my doorbell camera (different manufacturer) to alert me when someone/ vehicle is within range. This needs to be the highest priority fix. Period...

This app is terrible. It makes me wish I never bought the cameras. Most of the time they are useless because this app doesn't connect to them. I constantly get "device offline" and have to refresh the server a hundred times. When that doesn't work, I get pissed off and close it. It works only when it wants to and not ever when I need it to. Disaster of an app.

App keeps closing. Opens for a couple seconds, then shuts down. Will only work at lowest resolution. Can't playback video. No response from company when trying to troubleshoot. Would not recommend Avycon. I've been a CCTV dealer for 20 years.

The latest update screwed everything up on horizontal playback. It keeps jumping to current time and the 16x, 8x etc speed does not function when I select it anymore. I have 16 cameras and going through checking stuff is almost useless now.

This app is by far one of the best CVMS apps out in the market. I am a network engineer and use their solutions in my clients networks. The QR code scanning is responsive, connecting to your system while you are away works effortlessly (as long as you're somewhere with data or wifi), push notifications work well (even though I disable them for myself and clients). Using their solutions you can pretty much do everything you need for home or business security needs.
