Not sure if a zero star is possible...but thats what I would give it now. Version 4.6.5 does NOT work with Android 10 software. Prior to this change the app was very good. Not sure when it was changed, but it should have been tested first. Only location you can set for tides, weather, etc. is "current location"...period. Good luck trying to figure out how to make it relevant.

Accuracy is superb! I have never needed to call Boat US in an emergency, but I use the app for tide charts. Where I'm located there are several buoys to choose from; they always show the water and air temp. as well as humidity. I have AT&T, and do not experience the negative things other reviewers have mentioned. Granted, I am relying on the app. for tide and temp. only. I live close enough to the Atlantic that I can see the wind conditions. I have recommended this app. to other boaters.

Just installed. Initial conclusion: Kinda disappointing. Negatives: unable to add launching point as a place in " my destination." The current weather data supplied did not match NOAA or weatherunderground. Kinda makes me wonder about the tidal data presentedLotsa leads to various articles on boat maintenance. Not sure how useful when on the water. Positives: "request a tow" in large red tab top center. Boat information similar to mmsi data. Can apparently register more than one boat.

Update (10 days later): Now the app crashes the minute it is opened. Uninstalling now since what limited value it had before, is now gone. Original review: Marine weather unavailable at this time. This app adds no value other than regurgitating free information in a convenient format. However, it doesn't work and requires a cumbersome login each time, before not working. So pretty much useless. Do yourself a favor and find some reliable sources of information instead.

I only used this app to check tides, then recently It wouldn't show me the tides and said I had to sign in or create an account. I never had to do that before and refuses to set up an account because they want too much information. The Tidal information was even very accurate, I could visibly see the tide going out when It was supposed to be still.

I keep trying to use the app, but every other time you update, you make it unuseable again. It won't even open now. I cleared the cache, uninstalled/reinstalled with to no avail which means I have to login and put all my weather areas back in. It is frustrating when you want to use for on the water weather, insuance, or may need to use this in an emergency.

Terrible. The app kept crashing and redirecting to a website to log in, which repeatedly froze. After rebooting my phone I logged into the app, which resulted in a popup asking me if was enjoying the app. I clicked on "No" and was sent to a page with a 404 error. My first impression couldn't be worse.

GPS numbers are too small to read on a bouncing boat! This is crucial to safe navigation. Screens should be with light text on dark color background to reduce battery drain during emergency use. This dark screen mode was provided in the previous version was not carried forward in the present release.
