I hate this app. Pretty much every survey doesn't work now. Constantly broken or just spins to where i have to close it. I can never refresh it. Have to close the app just to refresh for new surveys. Always issues. Bring back the function where I can use the website to take and complete surveys. I will be uninstalling and deleting my account if this isn't fixed.

Do not use their new "offers" section linked to other outside app partners. I have not been rewarded about $40 through two separate offers I completed. Attempts to contact Branded have been met with stonewalling telling me repeatedly it may take up to 7 days to receive points, even though I've told them it's been over 7 days in both cases and have sent screenshots for evidence of completing offers. They thank me for "valuable feedback" for their beta program. This 1-star review is my feedback.

In the beginning it's fantastic, good surveys, and an easy payout. Now it may be just coincidence, but the more I fill out in my profile the more rejections and fewer surveys I get. Also, one of the providers, PureSpectrum, always screws up on my tablet and phone. It can get very frustrating wasting 20 minutes with the end result, it crashes.

My experiences have been mostly positive. It's not complicated to set up and start earning. The payout options are plentiful. I redeemed a $25 gift card for Best Buy effortlessly. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the more "advanced" you become in the surveys, the longer they take. The time vs payout ratio is often very skewed: you may have to invest 30 minutes in a survey and be rewarded with $0.75 worth of points. It's something you have to be prepared to invest a good bit of time.

VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU COMPLETE SURVEYS and are not credited with them and it isn't fixed!!!! Good site, bad app Doesn't even open sometimes. So slow and so buggy. Freezes when you're mid survey or like immediately after you're done, wasting your time and denying you your pay out. Like I said the site itself is good but this app needs fixing. Extremely frustrating. I have reported issues multiple times and they are hardly ever resolved and fixed with my points.

None of the surveys actually work. You answer all of the questions for free essentially because it denies your participation in the survey at the very last minute. A lot of the surveys crash and you get nothing after wasting 20 minutes or more. The report button does nothing. They never pay you if you've been declined. Additionally, they will say you owe them money (points) if your survey doesn't pass quality reviews days later.

This app needs so much improvement. Use the website instead of this app if you want to get points for your surveys. The app will freeze during surveys and wont allow you to move forward so after you spend an 1h doing them its like you never did and you never get the points cause there is nothing you can do on the screen except leaving the survey. At least on the website you can refresh the page to keep going. I have lost more than 400 points in 24h due to the app not working properly.

disappointed that the pre surveys take 5-10 minutes, only to be told you don't qualify and then only receive 1-2points.. I feel if they ask more than 2 questions, you should be entitled to the full survey points. they tell you you qualify because of gender or age, but then you don't. it is very frustrating
