has been hard to use when it comes to finding Dr's and dentist. and specialist near me is almost impossible. I do live in the country. I realize it's different for people in the city with good access. would appreciate more options not that has anything to do with website. I've had some excellent customer service also!!!

Disappointing. It promises a lot but I've had nothing but issues with it. Password issues and now I can't get it to load after putting in the correct password. I'll update if it starts working. Edit: Thanks for making it so I can enter the app. Issue is that no information is loading. When I go to my portal it goes to a page OUT of the app that doesn't load. I'll update if fixed.

App resets to home screen if you navigate away even for a second or two. This makes using the in-app provider search feature downright infuriating because it automatically switches away from the app if you try to call a provider on the list. Additionally, almost no one actually accepts this insurance provider. Nearly every single place that comes up in the search is a flat out "no" when you call them. So you end up having to completely restart the provider search over and over. Garbage.

This app really sucks. It doesn't work. I've entered the information *EXACTLY* (Yes, exactly. I've triple-checked it.) as requested, but the registration is still rejected. The bot-answered helpline is just as bad. Where's a human?! As someone else states in their review, it doesn't accept the membership number. It says I haven't provided the correct number of digits. I have! I give up trying and will just uninstall the app. (I don't think they had that in mind with the app or helpline.)

The find a physician function is completely worthless. I look for a dentist, I get a listing of ob/gyn's. I look for an optometrist, I get nursing homes. The app is stunningly slow. It normally takes 3 or 4 attempts to get into my account info and once I succeed the info is incomplete. Carrsource needs to completely overhaul this app. -10 out of 10 would not reccomend.

Frustrated because EVERY time I try to navigate, it takes me to an Update Preferences page about getting notifications via email or text, rather than paper/mail. Then, even when I update/save changes, it doesn't move forward to the pages I originally requested. It makes the app unusable. Please look into it. 01/22/24

I have uninstalled this app several times because it wouldn't accept my membership #, or my login info, or some other glitchy reason. I have tried again because I need a specific detail from my account history. The login fails. It flashes closed when I ATTEMPT logging in. It does the same if I tap reset password. It's broke. So much for convenience. Guess I'll have to go back to calling customer service and being on hold forever.

Useless app which is appropriate for a useless insurance provider. Need a hematologist? Sorry! That category doesn't exist. Need to contact Caresource? Sorry! Can't do that through the app. Some of providers that are listed claim they have not accepted Caresource for years. Any way to report that? Nope!!! If it was 2007 this would be a poor app. In 2024, it's an embarrassment. No money spent on a cohesive design and limited functionality let's you know what being a Caresource customer is like.
