It's an almost mature app. Works well for the most part. I just can't figure out how to remove a replaced system from the list. Also it would be nice to see ALL the settings from the thermostat itself. One of my systems was not set to sync time so it was 3 hours behind. It was cold 😞. Anyway 12 systems and 1 wasn't. If I had the info on the app I wouldn't have to run around to check all the thermostats. Still it's not so bad.

This app is terrible. I can't even get past verification because it sent no token. And when you try and get it to resend the verification or try setting up another new account it just says error. Nothing works!! Called several Carrier tech support numbers including the main 1-800-carrier number and nothing. They just keep passing you off to somebody else. These T-stats really feel like a scam!!

An absolutely terrible app with no functionality. The interface was made to mirror how the actual thermostat interface is. But that interface is so bad on a mobile phone. Also the functionality is so limited. A core feature like setting the temperature based of time of the day does not exist.

THE DEVELOPER CONTACT EMAIL BOUNCES BACK We created an account, installed the app, and followed the instructions. The thermostats WiFi icon will change to green during the process, and the SSID will change to our network, and then the app will give a failed message and the thermostat reverts to red icon and it's own SSID. We never had a problem with Honeywell thermostats/apps in our old building, and are close to switching to them.

Don't waste your money with this company!!!This app is trash. At no point are you able to register your equipment after you sign up for an account. Customer service is borderline unreachable and they are clueless as to how to assist once you do get in contact with them.

Can't get a verification email to setup my account. Checked all inboxes including spam...no emails. Carrier also provides no customer service contacts.
