Trying to upload immunisation pdf but keeps saying "it looks like you are uploading a password protected document", which I've confirmed on both my Android device and PC that I'm not prompted to enter any password. UPDATE: After multiple times of downloading and renaming the document, it was finally accepted, pending review. However, I received an email stating they could not accept it as they claim the document is a screenshot, which is incorrect.

The right to work menu has a bug. On the 'Are you a citizen of NZ?' page, it reverts to 'No' when I select yes. Same issue on the webapp. Incredibly frustrating as they allow job listings to require this section to be completed, but Seek pass denies me the ability to do so. Has been an issue for at least two weeks. Would happily improve the rating I've given if this is resolved promptly, as it would allow me to apply for more work during these tough times.

App crashes everytime I go to validate lisence. Pretty useless since I've verified my lisence on the seek app itself. Employers wouldn't be getting anyone if the app crashes for everyone like this. Fixthe bug please

Worst experience and useless service. My right to work verification was rejected with no justification or explanation although all needed documents were provided. I send an email to customer service with more documents, but again was close without resolving the problem or trying to contact even to investiagte the issue.

Okay, was a little iffy to start but the support / help team was very quick to respond to my enquires. Could maybe do with a quick setup at the beginning when you first register but aside from that works fine.

Great app- intuitive UI and works well for its purpose

Does not work. As soon as you enter it does not load any page. Only a Next button at the bottom of the page which doesn't matter how many times you click, it won't take you anywhere.
