O aplicativo CHARGE+ é um software de nível profissional que permite que veículos elétricos sejam carregados quando conectados a estações de carregamento habilitadas para CHARGE+ ou CHARGE+.

Os usuários simplesmente precisam abrir o aplicativo CHARGE+ e digitalizar o código QR na estação de carregamento para iniciar o carregamento ou digitar o número de identificação da estação de carregamento.

Beware: Credit card cannot be used to pay exactly how much you charge. You have to purchase "credits" (and there is a minimum amount) which it then deducts after you complete the charging. Like other unsuspecting users, I got trapped by the $10 admin fee when I requested for a refund of my remaining balance because I don't like such a prepayment system. The moment you signed up, they deter you from leaving.

The app interface keeps changing while charging, and you have to close the app and reopen to get the required information again, like Charge % SOC status, etc. It still can't display the time remaining to 80% and time remaining to 100%. You can't make an informed return to the charging station unless you stand right next to the charger to look up the display on the charger.

Simply like the upgraded Charge+ App version ! The process flow is more user friendly and the interface is more pleasant now. I also noted that Charge+ has removed the minimum $25 credit requirement to activate charging which was vexing in the past. But I do miss the availability bar above each pin on the map which had been taken away in this version.

Giving a 3 star rating as (1) charger is easy to use, (2) able to check if its still charging & (3) notification sent when charge is full. Minus 2 stars because of (a) lock in credit of $25 required to charge, making it a hassle when the charge cost drops below and the charge is terminated immediately, and (b) If / when i didn't respond to last notification promptly (?), i need to force stop the app using phone settings before i can initiate a new charge. =(

couldn't even set it properly, tried to scan qr code, app said vehicle details incomplete. go to vehicle details, I have added my plate but not car model and obu number (since they are labelled optional). went through the hassle of signing up as well.

Use other providers as Charge+ requires you to topup NON-REFUNDABLE credits (As per T&Cs) in $25 increments. The charges per kWh are so low that in most situations, you are unlikely to exceed a few dollars (Most are slow AC chargers). The initial required minimum of $25 would immediately fall below the required minimum with a single charge and the next charge requires another $25 topup, bringing the total credits to around $40 or more. This is a quick money grab, as per other named reviewers.

Unable to do a refund or transfer credits even when closing account. They charge a ridiculous $10 admin fee and have 0 flexibility in fund management. If possible I would advise against using this app altogether. Not even that many points to consider worth charging it.

Minimum account credit requirement to charge is $25. Whats the logic behind this? And you dont show me the cost while im charging, if i charge till $24 credit left, and stop, i will only find out after the charging ends. And the next time i wont be able to charge until i top up a minimum of $25. lousy business ethic thinking you can retain more customers. Yeah of course you retain us, but the moment we manage to use finish our credits, we will be gone.
