They never have any drivers!! They take a booking and then a minute or two later you get a cancellation notice. I even tried to book a cab 8 hours in advance to take me to a train station, and still got a cancellation notice. Do yourself a favour and don't bother installing this. Even uber is better. I am uninstalling this app.

Excellent App however so time you may be waiting if they cannot find a driver, and they don't let you know - you are chasing them!

Have used this company since the beginning, let down twice recently. Booked cab, lost booking. Booked cab this evening one hour later phoned to c where cab was and told none in my neighbourhood and hadn't bothered to tell me. Won't be using again.😬

I used this app twice today - Once to book a future journey, then again to book the return journey. The cab arrived on time, and I was able to track its arrival. I booked the return journey for asap and the cab arrived within 10 minutes. I was informed of the arrival via text, which was perfect. Knowing ahead of time the cost for the journey was appreciated. I paid cash both times, but would consider using a card in the future. The app is not visually stunning, but it works flawlessly, which is what I most care about.
