Disappointed in this. I have CSC Mobile pay that I put money on and then come to find out they use service works here. Kind of irritating that you have multiple platforms at different places. And then I tried to put on the service work on my phone, guys this is an Samsung s24 top of the line flagship phone. How the hell do you not have a compatible app for this phone. SMH. This company is not backed by the BBB. Entering machine number and scanning number brings back invalid machine when trying to report a issue but if you scan the machine to PAY, it will take your money. Don't bother filing a complaint online or calling the number because this company will say they are going to send you a check for the couple bucks you lost but you will never get the refund. Apartment complexes using this scam company should be completely avoided.

When you enter the machine # it states, "invalid machine," when you call you can only have issues during normal business hours, and when you submit through the other application it states, "Processing," but cannot be traced by the callers or by the online verification. I have lost almost $10 since 3/4, and now a family of 3 tried to dry their clothes, and the dryer is still not drying efficiently like one of the heating elements went out.

As noted by others, the App is perfect. Worst company though. The apartments should shift to Automatic Laundry. They provide way better service. I have used their service for a year. Never had any issue.

The app works fine. ( 0 ⭐️⭐️ )This company is useless. Our apartment building and company has been waiting for months for the company to respond to broken machines and disabled card reload machine. Not sure where this company is located but they must have closed down because we haven't had any luck getting service.

As others have noted, the app no longer works. Even when it did work, this company never fixed the machines that were reported broken. Tech would fraudulently close the ticket as "no trouble found" but the machines still don't read cards. No tenant can use them.

Worst company. Everything within the app used to be online. Now to request a refund you have to download the app, and even when you do, it doesn't work regardless. This company has failed to fix a washer that has been broken for an entire year now. 'Waiting for parts to come' is all they say. It has been A YEAR! Do your job. Or when you can't, honor the fact that you need to give people their money back.

A bunch of bull. Whenever there's an issue with the washers and dryers. It takes forever for anyone to show up. But when the money machine is full. They're here in less than a weeks time.
