the spinning wheel is a scam. I had two stars and tried to spin the wheel. It showed something went wrong, and now I'm with zero stars without even getting my chance to spin the wheel. Don't give false hope to customers if you are not going to give freebies.

Not a user friendly app. Everytime have to log in. No option to see remaining balance. Even submitted claim status not being notified to user at all. Administrators put comments, but no way to reply to them or action them via app. Annoying... not even deserve 1 star. Wasting our time.

I purchased a smart watch a month ago. Music controller and alarm functions are not functioning as they have advertised in the website. It is just a idle icon only. I already made an inquiry as per attached image. They never responded yet. It's been a month now. If they can be like they are not accountable after selling the item, I personally don't trust their activity programmes as well. You can purchase the similar type of watch at lower cost.

This app is so annoying, every time I open it, this has to update. And after updating I have to login again. And the payment portal is a useless thing. People use an app to make things easy, it's better to not have an app and let people use the online portal rather than having such a headache of an application. I wouldn't even be using this if they could fix a standing order, but they don't even have a method to change a card once the existing one is expired. Really really disappointed..

It works fine for me if I am lucky to log in by any chance. Login in to the account doesn't work after entering verification code most of the time.

So many bugs in this application seems like flow is inconsistent basics like signin registration not workings funny things is even country code drop down values also different. No proper testing and development done. As SQA i feel sorry even company like john keels couldn't hire proper people for app development.
