Newest update removed ability to search for patients making the app essentially useless. Please bring back that feature for a higher rating. Edit: Increasing rating from 1 to 3 stars for bringing search back. Still very buggy and requires multiple sign in attempts to go in and then crashes a lot but you can tell the developers are making improvements! If they can fix the sign in bugs and make the handoff section editable on mobile then they got a winning app.

Epic should honestly be ashamed of this product. I've been using epic on computers since about 2014 and Haiku on various phones for several years. I realize that many vendors release the latest changes on iOS versions of the app, but epic has been extremely negligent of android users. In this industry it simply isn't acceptable. My iOS counterparts have features and updates 1yr + from when I see the same/similar updates/functionality. (Not every feature though, so they clearly pick and choose)

Recent app update. Overall, like the design choices so far, and app is more responsive, but you can no longer look up a patient without going through a list! Patient search bar is gone! Mostly used epic for that function alone. Additionally, Android version is still missing critical features that iPhone has, such as ability to enter orders.

The app is barely functional. It's useful ok rounds, but sometimes it doesn't update patient information, so you'll have old medicine lists on haiku that is 3-4d behind. Also, the Android version of Haiku lags behind the iOS version by years. You can't look at imaging, you can't put in orders, and you can't edit notes at all (you can only write new ones sans templates). Get the app, but only because it's better than nothing.

I don't understand why the Android version of this app lacks so many of the features of the IPhone version. Have used this app for two years now, and there is still no ability to enter orders or even an easy way to view current vitals. It is really a shame, since the app is otherwise intuitive and well-designed. Update: Epic, come on! Android phones exist, they are not going away. It can't be that hard to update this app to the same functionality as Iphone

As almost everyone is mentioning, no way to put in a "jot" note or modify orders, both of which can be done on the iOS counterpart. Really needs to be updated so that there's parity across platforms. And again as others have noted, very inconvenient to access vital signs -currently a footnote of the summary tab, but should be more prominently featured.

When you log off the app, it should automatically disable "push notifications" so you DON'T get them when you're off shift and not working. Instead of having to manually unselect it 8/22/2023 Update: Now a 1 star rating. For some reason, when I logged onto the app today, it crashes EVERY TIME I try to turn on Push Notifications. So basically, this POS is worthless.

Come on guys, make an effort. Consistently crashes when trying to open a note. Lack of functionality compared to Apple. Bluetooth will turn on/off over and over again when trying to dictate so nothing gets dictated. How can such a huge company based entirely on software produce such a garage app? Update: keeps crashing. What do you think guys, should you try updating the app to fix things?
