great trip, the hotels were very good, the tour guides were fantastic, especially Christian in San Cristobal, very very good guide, highly recommended him, the biggest complaint was that we didn't get to the Amazon. We were told that the roads were blocked and that we could not get there. We paid $109. each for an excursion and instead we spend 8 hours on the bus stopping at different locations. This was not what we wanted to experience. Very disappointing.

Always a well organized tour - from flight to transfers, accommodations and meals. Just sit back and enjoy your destination. Some hiccups may happen but don't stress out. Patience and understanding is quite needed when this happens. I've used Exoticca 2x and I'll be booking my 3rd soon as they provide less worries than an airline holiday package I recently did (I will try to avoid).

What an amazing trip to Lisbon with Exoticca. Our guide, Andres and our driver Ricardo, were absolutely phenomenal. You literally don't have to think while traveling with Exoticca. Everything is well planned and organized. We chose the comfort package (hotels in Europe surpass Americans. We were very pleased. I have never traveled on an organized trip before. After this trip, I will return to Exoticca. I do wish they would offer options other than just basic economy on their flights.

Tour guides were great. Machu Picchu is a must see. Transportation was great. Exoticca was there to help every step of the way. Hotels, even at the charm level, were very good. Our location in Lima was right down the street from the ocean, two blocks. We meet great people from all over and made lifelong friends. In the process of booking our next tour with Exoticca.

23 night trip covering Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Amazing trip with very helpful and informative guides throughout. Stayed in Charm category hotels and all to a good to high standard. Excottica have been amazing throughout- communicating key information as and when needed. Many of the issues I see people complain about are due to the fact they have not read fully what is and is not included. Highly recommend

My trip to Italy was excellent! Our tour guide Riccardo was beyond kind, helpful, and thoughtful of each and every guest. His knowledge of Italian history,art, and culture was impressive, and along with his Witt and pleasing personality, I could not have been more delighted. If you are going to Italy and can request a tour guide, I highly recommend Riccardo. I had some health issues there and he checked on me, made sure I did not miss out on anything. Highly recommend tour guide and trip

ITALY (9 days) Rome- Florence- Venice. Our first Italy trip. Flights: were with quality airlines. Transfers: All well organized with quality Mercedes Vans. Communication: Excellent. Any questions were answered quickly. Our tour guide (Monica) was amazing. We were kept up to date with Whatsap details & places to see on our own and important schedule reminders. The tours were well organized and information. I would travel with this company and Monica again.

My 1st trip with Exoticca and it was everything I expected. Great attention to detail. All I had to do was pay and show up! The tour guide Isabel and driver Sergei were wonderful and considerate. The hotels, transfers, tour stops and everything were on point. It was also nice to meet new travel mates and new friends.
