Since my review seems to have disappeared, this app is garbage, use literally any other service provider.. devs gave up shortly after gaining functionality and customer input is ignored. I've used pest pac, field routes, and briostack. fieldroutes has by far been the worst. Doesn't work offline, doesn't indicate when a button is pressed, I save on every screen and still get asked to save when backing out. Marking complete should send you to the route screen. Often marking as complete doesnt work

Takes 4 times longer to load (without pictures) than Amazon. Directions don't work with Android Auto. New phone can't; see the charge, collect payment, or add items to a service. Its unusable with poor signal. Doesn't work with slightly older phones/tablets (forget laptops). Your company needs to be put out of business and everyone banned from writing code. I spent 20 years programming, I would NOT have accepted this as a final product. A blank piece of paper is more convenient than this app.

If I say I don't want you to have my location, that doesn't mean putting a pop-up window about it every time I click on something on the app. It's not only dangerous to have since you have them pop up every time you perform an action, but completely unnecessary. You do not need my location, and the persistence of pushing it on me when you even admit to giving out our info to 3rd parties is shady.

This app is by far the worst thing about my job. Even full bars or on wifi this thing will take it's sweet time reloading your routes anytime you open the app, click the appointment, try to add a product, take your pick. It's almost as though it's primary goal is to force companies to pay overtime with excessive reloading and taking 10 minutes to do so. And why bother improving when there no other options? Garbage. Pure garbage.

This is the worst pest management app ever made. It doesn't work on phones or tablets 97% of the time, and if you're a pest control technician, you know that can't happen. It cuts off names and numbers on Samsung phones, constantly restarts itself and deletes everything you've done that day and it takes 10 minutes, with wifi, to load. Do not download.

The app, for the most part, works really well. There are only a few nitpicky things. First, whenever clicking on equipment for scanning I am asked to re-confirm the last 4 numbers for a bait station. This gets extremely repetitive when I am doing 75 bait stations at a time. Secondly, the app, very rarely, will show the wrong info when I've selected a place on the map portion. So I think I am heading to one account and end up heading to another account entirely.

***Edit*** Found out this app is allowing 3rd party companies to collect your data! Just an absolute garbage app! I have a brand new phone, I mean this thing isn't even a month old. It was a $1,200 top-of-the-line phone. This app still crashes on me 20 times a day, and that's not an exaggeration. Sometimes it'll crash on me 6 times in one appointment just trying to take a couple photos. All the other apps requiring data will be running fine, yet for some reason FieldRoutes all the time is tellin

EDIT: This app continues to get worse. Been having an issue where rodent subscriptions won't load and credit/debit cards won't save in the field. These 2 issues have been going on for almost a month and nothing has been done to remedy the problem. I'm using an s23 so it's not old. Terrible app. Constantly crashing and losing all the data I inputed. Update: this app and Service Titan continues to be the worst thing about my company. Constant issues that hold up my entire work day.
