Great when it works properly. I get a recurring problem where the scan feedback doesn't work. For instance, when I set it to "coach" in the settings, there is supposed to be a picture that flashes on screen and a verbal message whenever a card is scanned. Some days this works, some days it doesn't. I have tried restarting the app and restarting my phone but it doesn't seem to matter. I have also tried to change the settings when this happens, but they don't stay set.

Started out working great for my PE classes. Students loved the "coaches" feedback. However, now the sound does not work. Tried the surfer, catchphrase, pirate sounds, but none work. Scan still works fine, though.

Updated to ez scan 2 and now I can't get into the app at all to scan my classes. My log-in all of a sudden won't work, and it will not send me an email to reset it.

I've had to use this app for years at school and it hasn't gotten better. It never stops syncing until I leave the app. My students laps are not accurate.

Worked fabulously for tracking students at school at our running club on my Samsung S6, but I upgraded to a S10e and it'll only use my front facing camera. Help!!
