It used to be ok but within the past few years, this app would report two different busses coming and there would only be one, usually with the earlier bus being fictitious and never showing up. The times of the busses usually end up coming close to each other, with the earlier bus increasing in minutes of arrival whereas the later bus decreases. This has caused me to be late to work several times. I am not sure whether the issue is on Metro or the app's end, either way it is infuriating.

This used to be a good but the changes they made are absolutely frusrating and stupid. Insted of listing the stops according to the bus route, they switched to listing the stops in numerical order according to the bus stop number. Now it takes forever just to find the stop your looking. And once you find the stop, whichever direction you intend on going, once you click on it, it gives you the opposite direction. Now you have to start all over again. The whole process is aggrivating asf.

LA Metro is an embarrassment to the developed world. Unfortunately this app relies on information provided by Metro, which makes the rail predictions about as accurate as a random number generator. Update: app often does not give any times, other times advertisements cover the times and there's no way to get rid of them. This app is worthless.

This revised app should have been compared to the previous version, before being released. This version shows lack of fore thought on the developer's part. The information in this edition, appears to have been provided by a person (or persons) who has NO knowledge of the importance of frustrated passengers making timely connections. Bus drivers only know of their routes, not knowing how the system is one integrated unit. Give us pre-planners a chance to use our computers to research. Thanks

the format of my main route has changed from stops listed linearly, from one intersection, to the next one as the bus drives. NOW, the stops are listed NOT by stop to the next stop, but by ASCENDING/DESCENDING ROUTE STOP NUMBERS, which have NO RELATIONSHIP TO THE NEXT STOP ON THE TRIP! I tried using the app feedback/assistance feature, which does not work!

A lot to like about this app. Easy to use and user friendly. One thing I wish, however, is that they would open the map when picking favorites. Right now, you have to switch modes (from nearby to bus routes)if a stop you want to save isn't within a few block radius of your current location. Otherwise it a lot better than the "official" metro app. Update: Was having problems but they fixed it. Good work 👍

Formerly great app now blows chunks. Bus stops are sorted alphabetically instead of how they are arranged in the real world then once I found my stop it opened the stop heading in the opposite direction. Continually pesters to allow location services when I know they are unneccessary for how I know to use this app which used to be very well. Epic fail. Will install earlier version I have backed up, hope it works.

Was great for several years; all of a sudden, out of the blue, I'm getting all these huge ads. I never had ads on this app before and i use it multiple times each day. The app also says "in-app purches" starting at $.99 yet there is absolutely nothing to be found for purchase. Are you new owners to this app, cause this doesn't make any sense.
