It used to be booking made easy. User friendly. But now, this update has bugs. I tried booking a bus just now, the app requested for an update which I did. After clicking where I'm travelling to and from, click one way, the app closes. FIX THIS ASAP. I also don't understand why my mum's name and phone number are what's showing on my profile instead of mine that I used to register when I first started using the app. The last time I booked a bus for her was 2022 and I can't edit that part.

Funding my wallet was easy but paying for booking with the same wallet was a complete disaster. The flutterwave payment option is not working at all as it's requesting for currency, reference code and other things that are nonexistent on the app. Please, work on these issues. Your app was superb with the bank transfer option for booking but it's so difficult these days.

Guys please if there is anyway you can revert back to the old app version, please do. This new one has stressed the hell out of my life. I can't even input my destination without seeing "something went wrong". I'm in Ota, ogun state. I have to travel to iyana ipaja office in Lagos just to book a ride because your new updated app does not allow me to choose my location or even know how much I'm spending for the service. Please just go back to the old app version mbok. Thank you.

it's been very buggy lately. a good suggestion would be to have drivers log checkpoints through each journey within the app. passengers on board can verify these locations by also logging the same checkpoints. that way, relations and friends who are tracking the trips can have an idea of the ETA for each vehicle. it could also help with safety if the last logged location is known in case of an incident.

The app has become completely non-functional. It constantly lags and frequently logs me out, sometimes multiple times in one session. I was prompted to update, but that only made things worse. The wallet top-up system is even more frustrating. I topped up two days ago and still haven’t received the funds. Because of this, I had to postpone my trip. Completely unacceptable! To make matters worse, the customer service is slow and unhelpful. They provide little to no real assistance.

I have had very bad experiences with this app. I had serious difficulties using it to book the bus. It kept showing error at the point of payment. I was forced to keep the funding there because you don't do refunds When I tried to do o other bills like buying airtime and paying cable tv subscription, I experienced the same issues. Something is wrong with the payment gateway. In the alternative create a field for transferring the funds back if unutilized. I can't have money that is unusable.

it's good . but ever since I updated the app , I can't book online . I have tried many times, still the same issue. pls this has to be worked on cause I urgently want to travel and I can't book ticket online

this is the most expensive transport company in Nigeria, and yet the bonus on our wallets are unusable. They will let you waste your time trying to buy airtime,data,TV subscription or electricity bill, only to tell you you have insufficient balance in your wallet
