after installing on Samsung Galaxy S9+, hitting open, screen displays the NBC GOLFPASS logo and "We're sorry, this page could not be opened". Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no difference. Any ideas?? BTW, your customer service email address listed below is inactive. Not getting a warm fuzzy feeling at this point. ok latest update 3/21/19; same problem. We're sorry, this page could not be loaded. Come on NBC, get this fixed.

These lessons are done on the cheap - all talk, no animation except for the always perfect ball tracking - as compared to decades old video golf lesson technology that tracks the swing and identifies which of three planes the "angle and degree" is measured in. Truly, the 'professor' is the worst and should be given the hook.

You can't download this app on your smart TV, which is absolutely stupid! Guess I will download LIV Golf's app and watch it until you guys can figure it out.

Absolutely awful. I have a Golf Pass membership, but am unable to view any videos either on the mobile app or through the app on Sky. Every time I click on a video it says ' buy subscription', and when I go through the steps it, quite rightly tells methat I already have a subscription. Attempt to watch video, and the get the same loop. Speak to customer services and all they suggest is, "Watch it on a desktop computer, cause that works." Maybe make all your apps work........

A video based app with no Chromecast support-come on! Terrible page layout. Slow loading of pages. Am awaiting the beta version to see improvements - current one must be an alpha version! Thank you for the response. It is of no relevance to the Android app that Chromecast is available in a browser. Chromecast has to be integrated into the Golf Pass Android app itself so casting is possible directly from the app. I am sorry to say, but this is so very basic in video app development!

Using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and cannot log on to the app. I've done all of the usual troubleshooting such as reboot, clearing data and cache, uninstall and reinstall. None of that worked. I click on Sign In and nothing happens. Can't use my subscription outside of a web browser. What good is an app if it isn't usable?

I paid for 1 year of service. When I upgraded to a newer Samsung S21 phone, I installed the Golfpass app and it WILL NOT OPEN. I uninstalled and reinstalled. It still won't open. I can't use the app. The app still opens on my older Samsung S9 phone, but no luck on the newer phone. I do not recommend installing this app if this is common issue on Samsung Phones.

Off to a pretty bad start. Does not accept valid characters in email addresses (+) and then kept giving errors that it couldn't validate another email address on account creation. Sorry, email format validation seems like pretty basic app development in 2023.
