So far my experience with the app is pretty bad. I have problems with scanning the QR code, and when you actually get right angle on it, which differs each time, the system of(let's say the swimming pool I go to) says that the QR code is invalid... Very bad user experience. Another thing is the city drop-down menu. You have to be extremely precise with your finger when you try to select a city. It's annoying honestly. Maybe make the touch area bigger there... Overall - don't like it.

The user experience of the app is extremely poor as it does not allow the user to add a picture, rendering it incapable of generating a QR code. As a result, users are unable to utilize the app to access any facilities. I kindly request that a physical card be provided for me. While I appreciate the digital options available, I find that having a physical card is more convenient and reliable for me. It would also serve as a backup in case of any technical issues that may arise.

This app is just beyond any UI, I've ever seen, as a human being. It is so bad, that I actually never used the service it is supposed to be a companion app for. It's laggy, unpredictable and looks and feels more like a wireframe, rather than an actual app that went through the normal processes of development and reached the open world.

You really need to fix the gaping security breach - there is NO WAY I can change the password assigned to my account! It is idiotic that this app should use publicly available information for username (email address) and password (phone number). The picture you insist on uploading in the app is not mandatory, and so anyone can log with any account. Who TF are you and is this the very first app you have ever "developed"? And this app is supposed to work for managing both gym access and payments..

A bug, it requires a profile picture and when you upload one it doesn't save it. The application itself looks and feels like a high school project at best 🙂. Very poor execution.

The app is very glitchy. Scrolling sideways is very unresponsive. Clicking on some buttons is very unresponsive. Specifically, the photo uploading option does not work.

Scanning the QR code takes anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes of finding the correct angle and distance, and its not consistent. Absolutely unusable.
