Disappointing app because i don't understand why I will buy credit and I can't make a call without my phone data, it makes no sense to me

This is a unreliable application. Most of the times the call doesn't get through and the user is getting a ringing status. And sometimes call is connected on the other end but the caller still gets ringing status. That is pathetic. I tried contacting the support and their. First response is that everything is ok on our end, it the terminating operator that has issue. And when discussed specific cases in details they want their user to do testing. But I will give one credit to the support team, they are responsive.

This app was perfect to call to eritrea thats why every month i pay over 200kr to call to my family and all my friends uses this app to call home country but on this two weeks some thing problem with connection it is not working when i ask to my friends also they have the same connection problem please make update for your connection. Doesn't support WiFi calling. Works by calling a local phone line which then connects you with the international number. So it requires que caller to have celular coverage. It won't work if you're abroad or without signal.

It is a disappointing app I am afraid. All I get until my credit runs out is a continuous repeat of the other person's replies. How's that? This needs to be fixed or I'll be deleting it. My wife experiences the same thing with the app. Please fix ASAP.

App not functionnal. Not working at all. Calling never goes through. All messages sent to the customer support were never answered. I do not recommend this app.

It is cheap. But after I bought two times among the many become zero minuts without calling. I send an email to the company to refund or to take corrction they didn't respond even to my email.🤔🤔
