Several options not available or difficult. E.g. Why did I hear music only on the left side? Some items are easy and self-explanatory, some very difficult Now after 2 months it Stopped working properly. Cannot see charging status. Cannot change programs. Only volume and balance still works. Reset and switched off several times. Still: nothing. Good news: Those hearing aids work ok.

Inflexible, requires complete shutdown to change settings while listening to music playing on smartphone. Unable to control output volume when listening to music playing from Facebook. To use my phone correctly have to remove hearing aids. As the environment changes around me am required to open the App to reduce or increase the volume of the hearing aides. Like the user friendly app. Easy to use. Could have a few more adjustment features. Other than that it is a great app. 👍 11-10-24 I think just my left one is working. Do they pair with the phone when just the left shows up on pairing? More later App says paired, not right one. And I need the 3 or .3mm length for the speakers. Will get with the customer service tomorrow.

Hear has helped me so much, especially at work where I work a lot with custers teyingbtobfing products in our remodeled store. Customers Don't have to repeat and I don't have to read lips as before Hear hearing aids. Thanks so much The tech was very helpful when I lost most of the apps on my phone. He sent me a text with the link to get back the Hear app. Thanks so much. My life is so much better!

The app has great options, but it seems to sometimes to "reboot itself" and options disappear. For instance, the "sync" button on my app has disappeared and I cannot adjustvthe volume independantly. Also, I prefer NOT.to have bluetooth on all the time, but every time I put them on, blutooth automatically turns on.

This app is clunky at best. Half the time the volume slider changes from a dual control to a single control for no apparent reason. When working correctly, there is an option for two sliders, one for right, and one for left, or one slider controlling both simultaneously. I just updated the app and now I no longer have the option to select a preset sound function. The app has the feel of having potential but it possibly was released in a hurry before it was completed. Always having to reinstall.

A three, not because it a poor app, but because once choices of modes are set, they drift off at odd intervals, making good choices into poor ones for no apparent reason. It is like a radio changing EQ from clairity to muddy all on its own. It just seems unable to hold a sound mode setting. It would nice if they held until deliberately changed. Samsung S23+ phone with all system updates always. Otherwise, choices themselves produce very good results but no stability.

Frustrating...trying to pair the aids to Bluetooth on my phone was futile. Kept getting error messages. Turn Bluetooth off/on...turning hearing aids off/on. Says hearing aids are not Bluetooth compatible. I finally got them paired manually. Spent over an hour messing with connectivity. Not to mention all the time I spent yesterday trying to get them to work.
