The app is horrendously SLOW! It caused my phone to lag and restarted itself because of how slow it is.

New version has been improved. It is OK to eliminate the booking for a battery at swap station that only has 1 battery available. However, please keep the detail information open in order to allow us to select the closest swap point with higher Battery Level. Otherwise, we might get our own battery swap with lower battery level.

Very bad product & service. My battery has swallowed by the charging station. And took almost 3 days to resolve. The CS team took very long time to respond (may took 2 hours), and during that time, we must wait in front of their swap station, otherwise the chat will be closed and we must start over from beginning. So pity!

The idea is great. However, it lacks maintenance, both to their swap stations and battery quality. Oftentimes, the battery inside is severely damaged

Just small addition. It will be nice if, when battery reach 20 percent, the apps can suggest us which swap location is the closest to our motorcycle. Plus a navigation to go to that swap locatiin after we choose it afterwards. Thank you web devpl.

1. By adding SWAP Station list helping user to see the closes SWAP Station. 2. Please improve the tracking route since all of the track not follow the real route this also make the distance unreliable.
