I too have the "something is wrong, we've...." I've tried reinstalling the app...still won't work.....still crashes!! Stops working...seems like this should be fixed by now for such a large radio station..Edit..5/7/2023..now we need to register to listen? I will probably delete this app now. Dont know why registration is needed. Seems unnecessary to give personal info out when one can get it for free elsewhere & w/out sharing personal info or "signing up"

The app is consistently crashing, stopping the broadcast, disconnecting. No issue when playing an older broadcast that was posted. Edit: 06/17/2022, still the same issues as you guys have always had. Shame after 100 years in the valley you can't manage an app. Edit: 07/15/2022 Still screwed worse than an app for limewire. Crashes ever minute or so. You guys do anything for this app? 08/23/2022, Damn! Still crashing every other day. Unable to even listen to the news at this point.

Terrible app from a great station! Hot garbage actually, to use one of my favorite terms from the afternoon news show. I deleted this app maybe 4-5 years ago and it still has problems now that I've been using it again for the past 2-3 years. My biggest problem is when I click on push messages of news alerts, it takes me to a different story, no story at all, or the main news page. I'll probably delete it again soon. I also use all the other local news apps anyway.

Why is this app forcing me to turn on location? It used to be annoying that it would ask you twice. Now it won't let me read a story unless I turn on location. I'm trying to conserve battery. So I guess I have to read other news outlets that don't have this location requirement.

Requires creating an account to use, and its email verification doesn't work which renders the app useless to new users. Why even require a login to listen to a stream of a broadcast radio station?

I installed KTAR's app to hear the Phoenix area's Easter morning concert. Although the audio quality is amazing and the app easy to use, the broadcast was disrupted excessively by so many commercials & newsbreaks that it ruined any real enjoyment of the program. So, I have to give the app a below average rating for the blatant lack of listener consideration. The ads could've been placed at the 60 min. performance's beginning and end, with only a brief newsbreak intermission in the middle.

It would be nice if you could be neutral reporters of the news and not just Trump lovers. Anyone can lie and say it's news. It would be a lot funner if you allow comments. Hey maybe that was a little harsh because i like to look at the app sometimes to see some local Arizona need I don't see elsewhere

I used to enjoy this app listening to the live stream while getting ready in the morning. Push notifications for freeway closures and breaking stories were helpful. App recently updated requiring an account. I am deleting the app as I am not sure why they need my personal information to listen to an OTA broadcast. In an age where AI is being used to scam people, others are trying to limit their data footprint and exposure. Will not use it again until its "really free."
