Worst ride application ever Hanging, cancel rides by it self, different prices at the end of journey, bad support experience... Etc. ... Here my updates : After a year and 3 months.. The application not working at all..

Worst app ever. No customer support either through phone nor via tickets. When the captain accept ur ride, no details appear. Different price at the end of the trip. Captains cancel the ride or keep you hanging without cancellation and in any case you will get a minus balance fee for cancellation.

Very very very bad app and worst experience ever, twice driver accept trip and don't come to my location and if I want to cancel trip app charge me for cancelation, they give you option to contact support but they never support or help, only send you an email that they received your message. Removing app.

Good app. Some locations are missing. And you can't paste a copied location. I hope the two issues will be fixed soon.

Can't open ticket as get error...agents does not respond call....driver never arrived to the location rather went far...when called started fighting...asked to cancel...easier money to earn as no one will take action....then cancellation fees also on customer👎👎👎👎

Very bad app interface and not real cars, need improvement in the application Some drivers can't understand Arabic or English
