Whatever you have done to this app in the last update for android devices you need to fix it. Links do not open Files do not download Feed doesn't refresh Notifications appear but the message isn't in the feed The layout is awful It has never been as bad as it is now since returning to school in January. Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled, yes I have logged out and back in again

Worst school app I've used yet. I've never used it before but it still told me my new password had been used on the account and wouldn't accept it, second attempt with the same password all criteria lit up green but it still told me to use a different password! Finally got through that garbage then trying to pay for an excursion and the payment details screen was half cut off so i couldn't read all the terms and conditions or see the menu to select new card, saved card etc. Not acceptable.

Coming from Storypark this is very limited. 1 way communication from school staff. Can't respond or ask questions. I am yet to find a way to make "Latest news" actually stay sorted by most recent, i.e. the latest news, and not change to "Most important " (while it still says "Latest news" at the top 🤷🏻‍♂️) every time I open the app. And I just figured out I can't turn off emails so EVERY new thing posted I get an email notification then minutes later I get an app notification 🤦🏻‍♂️

School has trouble making changes which is very disruptive especially for new students eg if their timetable isn't for the right class. It is not caused by the school. Otherwise the app is great.

Load one school, works fine, add another school and switch between accounts, the app tries to load the portal, but fails. - tried this on 2 phones, 21+ and s20fe - edit : rebooted phones, nothing changed, after 8am the next morning my wife called me to say its working, i checked mine and it also was working - one on wifi, one on mobile network - all good for now.

Not able to open apps from Google phone even though all permissions allowed. Keep crashing/frozen after clicking on links. Some account has been disabled even though school didn't do anything. Nobody even return my email after inquiring

It's not bad except to pay the school events things. The credit card detail section has an error on the Android app and can't click the pay proceed button. It's a bit silly error for the school app. Need to update.

This app is buggy and clunky at the best of times, but now I can't even access anything in either of my children's profiles. No error, checked updates, cleared cache, and nothing.
