They business changed to worse. I have two cards saved and can't switch to the other one for payment (it only shows an option to remove it). I messaged support and was not well received. Lost a long time customer.

took 10 minutes to get payment info accepted by the latest app update. I had to remove all saved cards and re-enter just one, force quit the app and re-open to have a valid payment method chosen.
A Google user
Previously had placed a pick up order directly on their website, this time it pushed the app so I have it a try. Not intuitive at all, has to back out of pages to add payment info. Restarted order. Submitted it and immediately received a call from the store asking me if i really wanted 7 bowls! One order was duplicated, another in triplicate. Store manager said she'd call and have them refunded. Kudos to her. Deleted app after this experience.

Great update! No longer able to place an order for pick up as there's no way to select the location to pick up from. Brilliant!!! Asking me to email you is pretty ridiculous considering the issue. It's not difficult. Create an order and try to pick a location. When you see that's not possible, you've found the issue.

Most restaurants that have apps allow you to build up points that you can redeem in the form of savings. Just Salad has a rewards section on their app, but they don't offer rewards. When I asked about it, I was told they offer "challenges" via opt-in email. If the average order is $13 to $15, and you don't have a rewards program via your app for regular customers, the challenge is justifying continuing to order $13 to $15 meals without any rewards.

Fairly straight forward to use. Issues with adding a credit card for payment like other users have said. Each time you put in a number it puts it in twice so you have to keep going back and deleting numbers. Also the reward system sucks. I should get points for ordering the make my own salad/wrap. I'm still spending money so I should get reward points. Same for your coupons, I should be able to use them on a make my own bowl/wrap.

I couldn't order with this app at all. First of all, the app decided to go according to the dark mode default of my phone. That would've been nice if the words had any contrast. Then each selection would just be stuck. I had a much easier time just ordering through my phone browser, so I'll stick with that.

This app is frustratingly and extremely faulty. I ordered two salads, and the app added my previous order from days ago to my new order and charged me for THREE SALADS. I text the number to get them canceled, they only canceled one, and gave me a credit for it good for 1 month. So u mess up my order and get to keep my money if I dont use the credit in 1 month??? And they credit me for the base price, not the actual total including tax, so I got two salad but paid tax for three. What a disaster!
