Lost $12 on the app and kcuts wont refund. I communicated with them via email. I used the app for some time. I tend to use the nearby outlet function and click the first option to book when i am outside the outlet. It seems that it didnt work right this time and I ended up booking at a different location There is no option to refund. I had to pay another $12 to book at the outlet I am at. Kcuts wont refund as per email contact I deleted the app. It isnt professional like shopee, amazon, etc

Worst app ever. Despite all these updates, I can't even go pass the login page. Always something is wrong. Tried all methods and nothing work. This is really disgusting. Because of all this frustration for the past months, I'm boycotting Kcut Go. I would rather travel further and get haircuts done. Seriously, you guys should fire the app developer.

App opens up, blank page, constantly loading with an error message "Something went wrong, please try again" But it has no issue showing me an ad. Was working well before I switched to a new phone.

The app too slow What's the point of making the app when people that go in and buy is faster than the user downloading the app

Earlier on, there are a few customers complain that it cannot make payment using Credit/Debit card and doesn't store credit or debit card information after added. I tested it and doesn't store credit card information but about 30 to 40 minutes later then I saw my credit card information is stored in it. I am not sue what is happening but I think the app is a bit slow.
