I really appreciate having this app. Most of the time it has been an asset, allowing me to know when to leave for work which of course helps my company save money. Occasionally there are location accuracy issues which has caused me to be very early or a bit late (the latter being a nightmare). As an example, the app shows tonight's truck left 10 minutes ago but not where they are located. Instead it shows my store's location. Sometimes the app has been an entire stop (30 mins) behind reality.

Worked ok for a while then the drivers quit using the gps so I had no clue where the truck was. Then it quit telling me when it was even on the way. Delays don't post until they're past delivery time already. Now it just won't work at all, gives me a split second notice that my store isn't available and crashes the application.

soon as I log in the app flashes the delivery information then immediately the app closes out. I have read several other reviews and this does not appear to be an isolated situation. it is now two weeks later and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I actually deleted the app and left it off my phone for a 4 days.

It works to see where our delivery truck is most of the time. If they're driving a truck that is a not their usual it doesn't track them. Also if GPS in their truck not turned on doesn't show where they're at. When working correctly have to go by their location, the time is always an hour off. After using the tracking device over two years I am glad to have it. Saves waiting at store for hours until truck to arrives.

This app is great for our business to plan tasks around delivery. It would be even better if we could have a default Owner/Store number set for our phone so we didn't always have to type it in. Overall, though, it has had a very positive impact on our work environment.

Absolutely useless. If it doesn't give me accurate info 100% of the time then what good is it! I can't run my business with a hope and a prayer that it's correct about my deliveries and then it's wrong. That mistake costs me alot of money that McLane doesn't seem to care if I have to pay or not. They should be ashamed of themselves for having such a poor app as this. They are large enough and make enough profits to have an app that gives 100% correct info. What a shame.

Very poorly maintained app. You never update the status of the order. It always just says loaded, but never anything else. The GPS location of the truck is spotty at best. Do better.

Never has correct information, if it says they will be late, they show up early, if it says they will be early, they never show up. Sometimes doesnt even show that Im due for a delivery when the truck is pulling into my parking lot. What a steaming pile. USELESS
