I did several tests but my health records do not show my Lab Results and Imaging results. Appointments, medications and charging summary works well, please fix results for 5 stars. Update 9/May/2025 - Updating from 1 stars to 4 stars. Imaging results have been updated. It would be great if the actual image, example: x-ray or mri, is display as an image or a downloadable file. Also, two important features - visitation/treatment history along with medical certificate would give perfect score.

Another example of how Thailand does things right when they get the best people for the job. Excellent app. Shows all your previous and upcoming appointments, invoices, scan results, blood tests and prescriptions. My only issue is how to download my lab results etc. When I move country I want to be able to share this with my next hospital via PDF. Currently you can share data only with someone registered with Medpark.

poor support and data provided in the app. hospital staff don't have any info on app to advise the patient too... Better use paper report than app for this hospital.

I have changed mobile and transfer everythings from old mobile to the new one. Try to uninstalling and re-installing multiple times. I still could not open the app. The app was freezed on the passcodr page. And I could not even signing out. It was really useful app. Please fix this.
