App doesn't work, just sits on a white screen (1 star) Edit 2025: Actually loads stores and the menus now, but finding out if they deliver to our location is buried somewhere deep enough that I'm not going to keep looking. The first location defaulted our address to the wrong city with no option to change it, and the second location didn't even bother trying a city. It's grayed out with no way to change it. So despite some technical improvements, it's still largely useless to us.

I think there's an issue of some sort, the app has always run fine for the time I've had it until I went to open it just now to schedule an order for lunch time today and it goes to a white screen on the order page. No matter what I do, I've been unable to fix it. I'm gonna try to uninstall and reinstall, but I'm not the only person having this issue, it seems. Edit: reinstalling has not resolved the issue. Please address this.

I like this app but it has a few things I don't like. I order from the same store every time. It would be GREAT if I didn't have to select my store every time. It would be great if I didn't have to select delivery, then sign in, then have to select delivery again. Also, there is no place to give additional directions or request something extra like a cup of ice or whatever. Lastly, there is no way to actually track your order. That would be great to have again.

No longer works. This app uses to be ok, but now when I open it as soon as I select my store it goes to a white screen, no other options or settings and it never loads anything. Had to resort to using the website again. Please fix it. (Using Android, Samsung S20 plus on Verizon)

super basic layout and crashes often. Took a lot longer than it should have taken to order. The food is good, but the App needs some tighting up and polishing. The progress tracker worked great, so that a big positive.

App worked great when I tried it on the first try. Couldn't get the coupons to work but that may have been a user error. They corrected the issue in the store.

Cant back out if error is made. Gives you a 'remove' button to remove a selection but it doesnt work. Have to force app to stop, clear memory to start over when you cant back out. Does this everytime you try to order a family pleaser.

App closes out as soon as I choose which store. Cant even get in to start ordering. It has been like this for months for me. There has been no update available.
