Face recognition is not working from today, having difficulty in capturing the face and wrong face got recognised after trying for 30 mins and now it saying face not matched when marking the attendance at evening. Resolve this issue asap. And improve your face recognition or add any reliable method to take attendance perfectly without any issues. Salaries are dependent on this apps functionality.

I am on Android 13 with latest updates but from today morning the capture button is not turning yellow to mark my attendance. Kindly help. As it was working fine earlier. I have cleared cached data and even reinstalled but not able to mark attendance. Facing issue after 31 oct 23 update prior to that everything was fine. My issue has been resolved. I convey my regards to the team members who contacted me and helped.
