Issues to focus 1. Even after entering the OTP for sign in the app is saying "Enter valid OTP" Tried multiple times and tried afte lr reinstalled the app as well, but ended up with same issue 2. And I don't why, if the app has every feature, why the Booking link is provided on sign in page of app and that's taking us to Booking website 3. And the booking website is taking the mobile number without verification of Mobile number for registration/, Booking.

It has very agressive look and good at promised range. 3 things need to be improved for better ride. 1. It's buttons (indicator, sound, horn and on/off) are very very sensitive. 2. Bike Height should be low especially for rare seat. 3. Heavy battery is almost top on the bike and hence causing disbalance. Battery should be somewhere else at the bottom for better stability.

There app works great and for the bike there are not any major issues but sometimes the indicators fogs up while cleaning or in rain other than they could add features like an iinternal storage to store charger of the bike or increasing the wattage of battery to get more range in premium models.

MyRevolt app is not working from more than 3 months and noone have time to provide solution. Visited service station also. There is always a challenge when it comes the matter of servicing in Hyderabad... Today they made me sit for 2 hrs unattended... Kindly help me with a refund if possible Even after a month I am not provided with a solution My revolt app is not working

RV400 rider here. The immobilizer that allows remote control stop working every 3 months. Currently both my remotes as well as swipe to start stopped working. And instead of servicing and fixing the immobilizer the service people say either pay 4700 to change to new immobilizer or to downgrade to classic lock and key type by paying 1200. I've changed immobilizer 5 times already during my warranty period and now also the service people are saying they give only 3 month warranty if I buy for 4700.

This bike has useless connectivity but it is of no use. It takes ten minutes to connect and it does not start quickly. Actually the bike is useless. Do not buy this bike, if you buy it, you will definitely fail, it is a very useless bike. RV 400 4G rhythm idle bike

The app gets disconnected very often. Very basic functions are available. Not very useful, with such unreliability users get discouraged.SERVICE CENTRE ARE WORST, SPARES ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND VERY COSTLY. SUPER EXPENSIVE. because of poor customer support and services REVOLT has a bleak future. Its a matter of time, REVOLT has no competition and don't need a competitor. Its on self destruction path. My decision to go with revolt was a mistake.

3rd class app. It's just not syncing for my November 2021 purchased Revolt RV400. No Geo fence working. Metrics not working....... Only "resource not found" error. Also no hardware upgrade available for our bike. Only thing working in app is sound box tone changing which I don't have any use. Provide some solution for old bike users too. App feedback option in menu no usage as after feedback no response from Revolt team. App is really 3rd class no AI feature usage in bike. Anyways Ola is future.
