Update.10/28/24. App will no longer work on Android or Apple. Update 9/9/24. Still won't open on Android. Was able to install and open on an ipad, but can't get it to work on Android phone. Still get message that app has bug and to reinstall after developer fixes bug. Developer, fix the bug so it works on my phone. Please. Still won't open. Have un-installed and installed and still crashes. Used to like this app.

App used to be really good and easy to use but, lately it's been freezing up saying info not found or just a blue blank screen(Aug. 2024 issues)..I've deleted app, reinstalled it cleared cache but, still not working correctly. If it wasn't for those issues it would be a great app to continue using.. **Update Oct. 2024** App still keeps going blank and want let me login. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache. App only works when it wants to.

is this fixed yet? my pharmacy said an email went out to users, but i did not receive one. great when it works! I was locked out for over a year because I had to change my phone number, and nobody would reply when I tried reaching out for help, then I finally logged in! and now it crashes every time I try to open it. when it works it is a phenomenal tool. what is wrong with it lately,? please e please fix the bug. I have heart failure and this keeps in check with my meds.

As others have said, this app was phenomenal. Made it easy to manage my meds and communicate with my pharmacy. Then, about two weeks ago, it stopped working. It will not open. After a couple of tries, I get this message: RxLocal closed because this app has a bug. "Try again after its developer provides a fix for this bug." I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I have tried restarting my phone. Each step, multiple times over the last two weeks. To no avail.

When it was working, it was great. The last week; I have uninstalled it and restarted my phone repeatedly. Nothing. The app won't even open now. It crashes. Before this last week, it would open but was showing no medications available. I'm disabled & rely heavily on this app to prevent frequent trips & help my inability to call the pharmacy. Please fix these bugs. I'm begging. Edit: I received an email saying the app is working but it isn't. It's still crashing. Shows a white screen & closes.

I installed it on my computer a few years ago. I had to reformat my computer and it deleted all my apps. Now trying to download the app, it says I have no devices avail to download it. I am typing on the laptop that it was installed on before. Something needs to be fixed....please. I really like the app. If it can't be fixed, I will find a new pharmacy that has web access for ordering and being advised when it can be picked up.

PLEASE fix this app! I have to uninstall and reinstall constantly. I rely on it for reminders, refills and messages from my pharmacy. Recent update, app just closes. Can't use it. Cannot use on my android, will not open at all, just a black screen then closes. Just tried it again today after resetting my password for the 4th time says it's invalid. Very unfortunate.

UPDATED 9/16/24: Ever since we were forced to reset our passwords, I am prompted to reset again every time I open the app. I reset the password 3 times, but it still does this. If I delete the password and re-enter it, it will let me log in. But I shouldn't have to do that constantly, especially because it has to download my info again each time. 10/20/22: I'm still annoyed at all the useless pages. There are lots of filler screens telling me what is going to be on the next screen. Pointless.
