Had problem after problem!! Can't view live stream even though my connection is very secure!! Waste of money if this can't be resolved if you ask me... :/ I was so excited to use this camera but after I close the app from the background, I cannot view the live stream again. Nor, can I I barely connect it again! It's such a pain in the butt. But I will say it gas great camera quality and I love how it hardly has a delay when it DOES decide to work.

1.) New subscription for every device is too complicated to keep up with when you've got multiple devices. 2.) No way to view subscriptions tied to specific device & on Android app there's no way to view subscriptions at all. 3.) No easily accessible 'Contact Us' option on app, in fact I believe there just isn't any info. at all. 4.) Specific device selected has broken on my 3 times. I am not purchasing another camera from y'all when they consistently break with very light use. 11/19: still👎

Tried configuring the lock myself using my Android phone running Talkback screen reader with the NGTeco App. This App is not real useful to a blind person. The App basically give a lot of variable name and you have to try to guess what they are for. First of all, you have to press the reset button in the battery compartment to put the lock in detection mode. Then find the correct option in the App. Couldn’t do that being nothing but variable name wir being read. Things like Toolbar_navagation Page_smart Page_smart Smart_add Catalog_mode1_list and that repeated 6 times. Catalog_mode2_list I’m guessing each one of those are for a different product that they have. This App if full of stuff like that and make it for the most part unusable to a totally blind person. Then like trying to enter a name! I can’t just double tap when Talkback is running to bring up the EDIT field. Doesn’t work. Can’t unlock the door using the App being the double tap doesn’t work. To select that option if I’m even tapping the correct thing. Getting a finger print to be seen by the lock looks to be hit or miss as far as getting the lock to see I have my finger on the sensor when trying to set it up. Looks like you need to touch the same finger 3 times to get it setup. Other locks allow more touches so that they work better. Didn’t have good luck at getting it setup. Did manage to get a finger print setup in the lock. This was with sighted help with this being I couldn’t do it on my own. Same goes for setting a password, setting up a temp code as well. The sighted person also had trouble with the App being it wasn’t real clear on what to do. The finger print reader looks to be problematic being only about 40% of the time it works. Most of the time it doesn’t for me and I have to type in my password on the lock. Got the lock setup and connected to the bridge with sighted help. Tried bringing the lock online to Alexa! Again the NGTeco Home skil isn’t blind friendly! A totally blind person cannot do it using a computer or cell phone. You can type in your user ID, password and then select the button to continue. At that point a blind person is stuck. The reason why is the skill want you to slide to complete some type of online puzzle. To me, that is dumb. After all, you’ve typed in your user name and password. That step isn’t needed for the puzzle.

The lock and app need an always open capability. What would make this app better is if you could just select already loaded users and pass the details to new locks. Right now even though you pick them, you have to re-enter pass codes and / or finger prints from scratch for every device. And not sure why, but each time a user "name" has to be entered for that entry as well.

Update- although it's been frustrating to keep the camera working their team has been quick and responsive to my messages and have helped me fix the issue. I was emailed a ZIP file for the older version and it works! just make sure to then go to Google play store, top right corner and unclick the automatic update. I had it working then 24 hours later it would update and not work. once I unclicked that the camera works as it is suppose to!

Detects EVERYTHING! This camera has no sensitivity adjustment. It goes off for the mirror on our truck, hubcap on the car, ladder on the RV. Grill has a smoke pipe, detects as a human body. It's going off every 30 seconds. This is just a few things, the items it deems human body are ridicolous! It does have very clear imaging, no complaints there. The controls are easy to manage as well. But I wish I'd of gone with blurams.

The picture is good, that's it. I use this to keep an eye ony ferals I feed and there is one mean Tom Cat that beats up the other cats. By the time this shows me he's coming up the steps, the attack has already occurred! Not cool! Then 2 weeks ago it stopped notifying me at all! Only If I have the app open looking at the camera live I'm notified. Decided to grant all permissions then my phone would not work! Froze for minutes, camera wouldn't work, wouldn't turn off until I uninstalled! Virus!

App is a clone copy of other cheap Chinese knockoff smart devices (eg: Smart Life, Onforu Home). Only tried it for security cameras. Beyond live footage it's useless. Config is unintuitive, settings scattered in the UI. What features it does have are lacking. A security video camera that won't record VIDEO is pointless. At best just takes screenshots and so long as an intruder will patiently smile directly in the lens. Plus it frequently crashes along with randomly kicking my phone off WiFi.
