I was excited about this app bc the reg NJ Transit app just has an almost hidden link to the AL website. There are no real accessibility functions on this app, which is most likely used by people w/ disabilities. For ex: there is no dark theme for users who find it more difficult to read on a white screen. The 'Trip' text layout & nav buttons are difficult to follow if a phone's sys font size is enlarged. Also, 'Expected Pickup Time' is missing, which is very important. Back to the website. 😔

Not allowing me to log in, is this because of a system issue? I hope the interface that is previously online and Apple app is not the one they are changing to. How is powered by Google, and you can't search locations by addresses? Why are their no schools listed or Parks? Is the preview of the range for pick-up no longer available?

this app at times you have to take out under settings and put back in under play store. It's annoying doing that again and again. Please fix so it won't happen again. Thanks

They do there best to be on time and helpful to anyone that need help getting on and off if riding along. If they late and you call them they will tell you be patient there running late. Your care taker rides free but you have to pay one dollar an forty cents enter town there and back . Farther away you will pay a little more. But it's a blessing to have access Link 🔗 for folks that don't have a car or can't drive because of there health conditions . But I don't like calling and making my trans

I rode access link years ago, one thing they don't have is same day service you have to wait one day or more for the ride when requested and another thing, they put on hold up to 2 hours to talk to someone to request a ride.

Where's a route map for Access Link? It would eliminate calls made to address mant issues, pick up locations, drop off locations, scheduling, arrangements for additional transportation to drop off/pick up etc ?

Have been trying to register for ezwallet for two weeks. Once I enter the register page I can only get the RIDES page. I am not able to start the ezwallet process. I either get the RIDES page or a page telling me that I need to top off my ezwallet balance. Since I have not been able to set up an ezwallet account what is there to top off? I have been thru all of the available prompts and no one has been able to help me. Can someone suggest what the problem could besides my bank.

I can't get this app to if your on my screen and I had it for 2 months and it just suddenly dropped. Otherwise it's easy to use and it's pretty reliable
