These cameras were great 2yrs ago. The app is now having many issues. They keep going offline for hours. You have to delete them then re add them to work. They have plenty of battery life. There are problems with seeing the storage bar percentage. Lots of issues. I have no idea why they keep disabling themselves. I have Google 5G. They all worked fine I have 8 cameras. I think I need to buy another brand.

Overall, they are good cameras. Unfortunately, with every update, the cameras do not turn themselves on, so to say. They do not update from night time to daytime. You have to manually go in and refresh the cameras. Also update 12-1-24 no new updates to the app or cameras. They are not functioning as they should and their "support team" doesn't offer much support at all. I NEED NEW CAMERA SUGGESTIONS ANYONE HELP ME OUT!

live view is laggy even on wifi keeps dropping frames even worse on 4g, the captured footage takes too long to decrypt and be available to view, with only people detection on it still detects everything as people so a lot of false alerts - these things make it unusable as a security solution

I like it, some stability issues but it is running remotely on battery. I don't know why it feels the need to put me through an unstoppable tutorial literally every time the battery goes flat, not a fan of that but ok.

I agree with everyone else who gave a 1 star. Makes no sense to me, I have to refresh all the time I need the cameras to work and not freeze on me. Also, the decrypted message is annoying.

Having serious issues loading app and camera feeds. I would appreciate it if the developers investigated my issues further. Currently, all my cameras and hubs are completely unreachable.

Terrible app. Useless. Everyone should be refunded their money for devices and app purchases. Nothing has been fixed. A waste of money.

So far so good. It seems like the firmware update fixed the issues users were experiencing. I like the AI person detection which eliminates false alarms. It gives different settings for home, away and sleep. When I'm home, I skip recording all together or maybe just shift the home recoding for only my doorbell cam when I'm home. I am waiting on a 2nd camera to arrive so I can try out the automation feature. Maybe I can give it 5 stars when I see some more.
