This app is so confusing when adding items especially the choose two. You select an item but then it doesn't go back to select the second item so use the back button and it doesn't record anything. Plus I tried to order a future item for lunch time and it said the store wasn't open at 11:45 a.m.. so frustrating and disappointing.

App wouldn't let me complete the sign up process. Entered all my data and then it stuck me in a loop on step two of three, no way to progress. Eventually, I realized that I had to manually "shrink" my phone's keyboard so I could see the remaining checkbox and the "Submit" button. But then I'd already just find ahead and offered the old fashioned way. If the first experience with an app is this annoying and amateurish, it does not bode well. Pixel 7a with the latest version of Android (14).

I wish there was an option to dine in when ordering through the app. It's nice to eat off porcelain plates with metal cutlery. The functionality is basic and could be better with time. The process of adding items to a basket can get a little confusing and at times I didn't add an item because I thought I already did. If an item cannot be ordered, it's nice enough not to let the order through, but also doesn't tell you the issue.

Recent major update is extremely unstable. The UI Was made more confusing, the loading animation doesn't stop and needs to be cancelled by the back button on the phone itself, and I haven't been able to successfully pay with a credit card once. The old app worked fine, but their attempts to modernize it have made it unusable and I need to call in every order now. I hope it gets fixed soon

Freezes or doesn't accept input in multiple sub menus, and by the time I work through it I no longer want to order. This holds especially true for any menu under the mix and match sweets option. At this point the push notifications just annoy me because I know I can't redeem them with the app properly so I'll probably uninstall this. Paper coupons in the mail are more reliable. Considering the last update is about 10 months ago, I think they realize it doesn't work but they've given up.

The app has issues adding items on the order page. I had to try to check out to make sure it added items then go back to try to add them again. Also it did not take the coupon code that I got in my email so I had to call the store to place an order. What use is the app if I can't use the codes that are supposed to be active and sent through marketing and have to call in the order? The app is not convenient.

App was great until I got to the point of earning a $0.99 beverage once a week. That was the main reason I'm want to start using it because it sounded like a great reward. Unfortunately when you try to actually use the reward it says that you only get the $0.99 beverage if you purchase an item. If you look at the reward tiers description, it just says that you get a 99 cent beverage. It doesn't say anything about having to buy an item. This has to be some sort of false advertising.

1) bugs! App changes parts of my order when I try to reorder saved favorites. Changes the fruit side to bakery chips. If I try to change it back, it changes my mustard to no spread or even to mayo. Mustard isn't listed, so can't select it at all 😡 2) feature: Need way to indicate eating outside & would like the food brought out on plates. If you order at the counter, you can tell them you're waiting outside. In the app, whether you put curbside or takeout, you have to go in. Frustrating!
