App is good. Some small issues to work out. I was trying to order thr buffalo wrap. After filling everything out, and hitting submit, it said i needed to choose a protein. There is no option to choose the protein for this selection. The same issue is online. I ended up calling in the order. Still glad to see there is an app, even if it needs some work!

App crashes when adding to basket. Lost business and ordered else where. Update 5-22-21 App still has issues, Cannot make a purchase as the app keeps giving me an invalid tender amount upon trying to make my purchase despite me not ordering tenders at all. It's not referring to currency either as I used the same card in-store to make the purchase. This is an utterly useless app.

Since update the app doesn't seem to work. When selecting wing flavors it doesn't let you go back to previous screen and then while on the review you're order screen if something is wrong it won't let you edit it, you have to delete and start over.

Even though there are rewards listed in my account, the app displays "no rewards found" when I try to apply them at checkout. If you interrupted while putting in an order the progress isn't kept so you have to start from scratch each time.

The only thing that is keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that there is no place for notes or a way to remove pico from the Santa Fe quesadilla. My wife loves it but does not like pico. You can't remove that using the app so when I have to order for her, we have to call in the order instead of using the app.

The food is good but the app will not let me log in anymore. I either get a error or that my email isn't in the system. When I try to register again, the message says that the email is already in the system.

Slow, glitchy app. I wish there was a space to put notes to the staff for extra sauce or something. ECW food is great but their presentation is subpar at best

All of order does not go to the store! missing drink, got bone in instead of boneless. None of it showed on paper receipt. Only showed in the app so store didn't know
