Hopeless if you don't have a US mobile number. Can you please change so the option to input a mobile number from a different country can be input as without this overseas visitors can't use it. You have an option to select another country for mobile but it does not work. Tried it last year when we were here and again yesterday but still the same issue.

I've had multiple issues with this app that led to parking tickets. Furthermore, the city was not flexible and rejected an appeal for a parking ticket caused by the app. Unfortunately, I will have to start paying at the pay station instead. The parking ticket cost seems exorbitant ($38) so be very careful when using this app.

Terrible app that does nothing. This is stupid and let me explain why. I want to find a place to park, but I can't without knowing some stupid zone number. I don't know the zone number because you don't give me a map to look at. I mean how dumb are you? Im trying to find a place to park not guess a number of a zone I might be in. Really, just how are we supposed to use this app? It's just worthless and you are stupid for making it. Confusing and stressful to use. Nothing it advertises to be.

Horrible app. Can't scan a barcode, can't pay for less than an hour, doesn't allow you to extend or warn when the meter is going to expire. I never got a notification that the meter was expiring. Got back to my car to find I had been given a $38 ticket 3 minutes after the meter expired.

The app works, but I had to relaunch the zone picked a few times (it would have trouble loading). Then, on our way to our car, we forgot where we parked so we looked at the app. It was off by five blocks, and we had to go up each street until we found where we actually had parked.

App completely wrong about car location, sent me 1.5 miles away, and I ran back in 100°F heat to meet and barely beat parking enforcement. Also, doesn't tell you you can't extend until you choose the option; hope you're not too far away!

It's quick and easy! Great flexibility for users. I know some have commented that you are not able to extend, but that is not true. There is simply a 10 minute waiting period in between to extend your stay. yes, it is a bit of an annoying gamble, but it does work.

now its 2.25 . nice increase Won't let me extend? Hate hate hate this app! Did you at least look at the functionality of the qp app as you designed this one? No QR code reader, clunky input, what is with the zone then space. Really? No extend parking time from my phone? No 15 minute increments? You tossed everything i loved about old app. Up your game people, this is our city, at 2 bucks an hour we demand better from you! Google, let me rate no stars!
