Impossible to cancel. Fake phone number. Circulation robot that solves nothing. Do not buy. Worst I have seen in awhile. I would love to post the images of the error page and non working phone number and the robot who claims it can understand you after a few tries and hangs up. My rating is negative 0

I have been using this for nearly a year and have had absolutely zero troubles choosing, buying or printing any of my shipping labels. I have had to obtain refunds for labels I couldn't use, such as one that ended up being overweight, so I bought a new one and also one that I had to upgrade to a small FR box. The refunds have never been denied or taken very long to process. As long as you void and shred the label, you're good. Loving the convenience of getting labels w/o firing up the PC.

I've tried to cancel trial subscription and i thought i had but went in a second time and my subscription was still there. went into chat to make sure it was cancelled and kept getting a run around. I do not know if i was cancelled or not but i did screenshot everything. Much too hard to cancel, makes one feel as if this is a scam

Not very user friendly. Seemed confusing to me & advertisement to sign up was NOT CLEAR! So I'm now stuck with a meter that I cannot use and out $ I paid to sign up & never got to use because it was TOO CONFUSING for me to understand since I work off my phone (NOT A COMPUTER & PRINT WIRELESSLY-which is what I told the rep BEFORE I SIGNED UP!) You cannot (or at least I couldn't figure it out & CS WAS NO HELP EITHER!) how to get the scale to work on my Samsung Note 8! ⭐WASTE OF MY TIME & MONEY!

Kinda hard at first but once you get use to it very helpful and saves you a little money on shipping. Only thing that kinda sucks is if you make a label and don't print it off you get charged and have to request a refund and it can take up to 30 days to get back.

I repeat do not sign up for this service .it requires a credit card and even after cancelling and resubbing to a promotion they charge and then double charge you even when you cancel.also support is just bad.i am in the beginning and abut have a fit.this company isn't a good shipping option look elsewhere or be wrongly charged for no subscription.

Has major problems just like their computer side of it too. Wont load or just makes it look like your phone has been hacked. Great job at doing updates to only do another one to fix the bugs you put into it. If its working fine just let it be

Nothing but problems. This has more issues & I'm tired of wasting my time. I bought this to make things easier NOT MORE DIFFICULT! Scale never works, weight can not exceed max limit WHATEVER THIS MEANS WHEN I'M SHIPPING A 2LB PACKAGE! CONSTANT ISSUES AND I'M SICK OF IT!
