My bus route for the most part has been on time or 2-5 minutes off. Convenient to track my bus, but please add a favourite route option. It's such a hassle to constantly type my route every time. 6/10 times, the app is a buggy mess. It'll either show too many non-existent busses on my route, the entire map will be covered with bus stop signs, or the next estimated time doesn't show up at all. Hope this app is properly fixed because our public transportation is kind of a letdown.

this app is useful, at times. sometimes the bus arrival and departure times are completely out of sync. at one station it said it would interval at 30 mins during peak hours, but come to find out, it doesnt. and honestly, these times need to be updated so that we could estimate our arrivals/departures. it really makes planning difficult.

Apps are very useful, but the buses are never on time. Sometimes, I have to wait for more than an hour without seeing a bus. Other times, I can't see the bus on the app's map (probably because the driver hasn't turned on the GPS).

1. Pls have a favorite button so that we can save all the trips or the station buses/trains that we frequently use. 2. The push notifications also don't work most of the time. They don't redirect the users to the intended content, just the home page. 3. If I search for a destination /trip, I should be able to see the ETA of the next train or bus. But instead I have to exit and search for that particular route for the ETA.

Officially the worst app. The website link MyRapid Kiosk is far way better than this app. It was very accurate and easy to use. Now I think the web server is down, not sure for how long, but please terminate this app and save the budget for something better. We say Malaysia boleh, today is the day la.

The fare for the route is no longer showing after the update. And should have a function that allows user to search for a place they wanted to go and auto generate the nearest station available, as not everyone knows which station they should be going for certain places that they want to go.

Edit: their tech support is genuinely unhelpful aside from cookie cutter responses. It's quite sluggish to load the routes, and on top of that the estimated times are very inaccurate. Sometimes it even shows an estimated time for a bus that doesn't exist, which has caused quite a few headaches and problems

This Pulse Prasarana apps is useless. I have been using it with great difficulty for some time. It's location identification, even when adding a postal address is poor. The apps cannot identify when roads names, as well as postal codes, are entered into it’s location space. The Developers aren't up to a minimum standard. The top guns in Prasarana probably have not used it for their daily travel. Probably they don't read the Google reviews.
