The functionality of this app is currently not working. Energy Management set in Time-Based Mode on Android cannot select time slots. On iOS all displays current time and cant change. It has always been clunky and slow to respond/update with "live" info, but my main problem with this app is the functions to be able to control what your battery is doing isn't working! The only method of contacting the devs is an email which you never get a response from. Not even my installer can get a response.

I have just had the Qcell system installed but very disapointed with the App. It is very slow to update and you have to move off the home screen to the product screen and back to home screen for the system to refresh. Also it changes from Europe system to American AC system on its own accord. I then have to close the App and reopen it. I do hope Qcell can get this App working properly soon as reading others reviews only started playing up since last update in early 2024. Please update soon

06/09/24 - Back up to 3 stars as energy management changes and battery SoC graphs are now working again. However, I still don't see any updates to enable charging the battery to a specific percentage that I requested and was to be looked at back in May. This would provide much better control over the battery state of charge.

Once again the app has stopped working correctly. Daily generation shows but not the individual pieces of information. Maingraph shows individual aspects but battery graph not populated, 2 tickets raised but unsure if any action being taken.

Recently installed solar and battery scheme from well respected South Wales installer. App installed as per Qcell instructions and under supervision of installers site personnel. Nothing but frustrations since. Many problems as previous users. Live information irregular. Close App and re-open sometimes works. Impossible to get quick and correct info on system performance. So, so disappointed .

Very clunky. When 1st opened, the app works as expected - the values for consumption and production etc update but there's often a lengthy delay with no indication of what's happening. If the app is reopened (while still running) these updates don't seem to happen and you need to switch tabs to force it to update. As of today I get a crash on startup so I can't use it any more. Update: crash has gone but now the live values for production / consumption / battery level don't show. It's always 0.

Nov 2022 update hides consumption on off-screen card, only visible after a couple of swipes, which took me a while to find. Dashboard showed everything at a glance before and was great. Previous energy flow graphic was better too - didn't need changing. Was enjoying app until this v2 update - guess I'll get used to it but really preferred v1.3.2.

Terrible Can't even edit my schedule after a recent update, the buttons are greyed out for save ignoring the fact it's constantly logging me out and giving me errors, an expensive system completely let down by it's app developer. If I had known this I'm not sure I would've chosen this hardware. Sort this out as I'm currently loosing out on money that I can ear exporting back to the grid as I can't do anything with the app bar look at it. The schedule is completely booked. SORR IT OUT NOW
