Very bad experience today. Ran out of high speed data. Low speed data so useless I can't even use it to buy more. Found a wifi connection, but Web site out of order so still can't buy data. Called customer support but can't buy data over phone. Then it demands I use the data I don't have to update the app before I can do anything. Stuck without any usable data for a whole day. Red Pocket is a great deal most of the time but when it fails it fails badly.

The app is painfully slow. Functionality is limited as well as the website, especially if you have a family plan making any changes to the plan via the app/website is virtually impossible. Have to reach out to the support and be prepared to dedicate a few hours for this. Even when porting out to a new carrier they had this port blocker enabled which you cannot disable as the confirmation SMS comes broken.

app doesn't work and the service is garbage. it's been nothing but problems. I've spent so much time on their chat that I could just work an extra hour or two a month and pay for another provider and I would have a few extra hours every month to do other things instead of chatting with redpocket about their broken service

April 27th broke the app. It no longer starts up, stuck at white screen with redpocket logo. tried clearing cache, tried uninstall, reinstall. still stuck at loading logo. It was slow and buggy before they broke it but It shouldn't be this laggy on a 12gb Samsung flagship phone but like I said it's broken now so it's useless. UPDATE: I decided to just login using my web browser and made a bookmark shortcut to my account page now I don't need this poorly developed app. UNINSTALLED.

Avoid. Nothing but trouble since I've gone with them. It took a week for my SIM to work after activation, I pay for a year of unlimited and still get charged $30 every month, my speeds are slowed down (haven't been able to load ANYTHING without being connected to WiFi for a week now) and good luck talking to a human.

The app is now fixed. I can login and pay now. Getting an error with the app and can no longer pay my bill. Even online on the website I can't pay to renew my line.

Service seems to be great i selected att and it works fabulous not many prepaids r using them and it's a shame thanks red pocket good prices on every plan you offer. The only issue is the app seems a bit slow to load but nothing major
