Good app, bad implementation - I went to two restaurants to return the containers and both told me they no longer worked together with Relevo. A waiter at the restaurant that did take the containers back told me it was the first time he had done so after working there for a year. The idea is great but the app needs to quickly update its partners for a convenient user experience.

I like the idea, but the app has issues: I had a typo in my email address (my bad), and the app just fails to let me correct it. When editing it and saving afterward, it is still incorrect next time I check. Subsequently, I never got notifications about outstanding returns, and my support requests are ignored as well.

The service is good, container is high quality and returning it at the store was very fast. The app just needs some polishing; I'd like, for example, to type an address and search for a partner store in an area I want to go to, and not just be shown the area I'm currently in.

I love the concept but the app has bugs. If I search for a city other than my own location and open the map, the map takes me back to where I am now. Not good for planning food orders on an upcoming trip. Also, the map is extremely slow even on my high speed Wifi.

You have to return the cup after a certain amount of time otherwise they charge you 5€ and then you cant return it anymore. they call that a "climate fee". 5€ for a plastic cup. its just dumb and inconvenient and clearly a way to make money. Other companies like recup just let you bring the cup back when you want to. No app needed, and also its not plastic.

It requires a payment method when I am standing already in the line in mensa. Luckily I had my debit card with me (normally I pay with my phone, and do not carry debit card with me, while on campus). But it doesn't work: when I enter my card details nothing happens (no 'continue' button appears). So I already have food in relevo but can't do anything with it. Stupid situation. Couldn't you notify in advance that you payment method is required? When I was returning my previous relevo?

Has unwritten procedure/rule. Apparently you can't reuse the same container multiple times within the borrow period. You HAVE to return it, even though you already cleaned it. This is not an issue, but you have to clarify it in the app.

Everything works fine (scanning, keeping track of what's borrowed, ...) and the people from the Relevo-Team are very nice and helpful, if you write them with a problem. 4/5 stars, because I don't get push notifications, when it's due to bring back the Relevos...
