POS!! The camera will only record to the local memory card if you MANUALLY start recording while using the app. You can't exit the app unless you stop recording. Only way that I can see this camera recording all the time (like NORMAL cameras) is too purchase their cloud storage. WHY DO YOU THINK I GOT A CAMERA WITH LOCAL STORAGE??? Because I didn't want to pay someone for something I can manage myself!!! Uninstalling this POS and throwing the camera in the garbage!

Every 10 minutes it goes offline, and a message appears to "press keep playing to watch live." That's quite annoying and ridiculous I contacted tech support, and they said that this restriction is imminent due to being remotely connected to a network. So I asked if there was another way to connect them. They indicated that that is the only way. Even one star. It's too much rating.

Absolutely refuses to open. I haven't even accessed it yet . As of the last wk the 2 phones I started them on the screen is black and the other has no sound. This is my only option if a phone can't deal with the apps specs, THEN THE OWNER OF THIS APP NEEDS TO DO THEIR JOB AND FIGURE WHICH PHONES IT CANT BC THIS APP SAYING ITS COMPATIBLE WITH MY DEVICE IS KNOWN AS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, which is...wait for it..ILLEGAL. Please fix it bought the camera and the monthly Serv and can't open it.

Can't login on another phone They don't do family sharing 🤦🤷😡 They need to change that option so that everyone can see at the same time especially if your not home and someone is there that's not supposed to be. I've only had these 4 cameras for 8 hours

11/21/24 My camera of 2 years went down today, it refuses to acknowledge any WIFI network. This has been a good camera, the app stopped responding at the beginning of this year for about a week, but it was repaired. Hopefully, this WIFI issue can be addressed soon.

App sucks. It keeps freezing up or won't load the live video. It makes it hard to keep an eye on my friend in hospice. The camera works well from what I can tell so far.

I set up a user id and pw on one phone and when I installed the app on another phone and try to sign in, it says user name does not exist. so the app is useless which makes the camera useless. I will be returning the camera.
